Cancellation, replacement, return, complaint, and refund requests are reviewed manually by the BYON Peptides team. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Eligibility depends on the order circumstances, supporting information, and applicable law.

Please review Returns, Replacements & Refunds and contact Customer Support as soon as possible with the available Order ID or order reference, an explanation, and relevant photographs or video. Approved resolutions are processed according to the order circumstances and the applicable payment method or payment-provider procedure.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful receipt, storage, handling, documentation, disposal, and use of products, and for following applicable laws, institutional requirements, and laboratory safety procedures.

Website use and intellectual property
